Current Programs 

Living Well with Diabetes 

A free six-week self-management program for Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islanders who have pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes, or is a caregiver to a Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander living with type 2 diabetes. Our trained facilitators will help you manage your condition so you can enjoy life!

Program Information


This program is provided free of charge for Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islanders residing in Utah and who are ages 18 and older. 

Workshops are held Monday evenings with Dinner and Child Care provided.

We offer workshops in the following four areas. We will help plan and provide experts in these areas to hold the workshops, included are free resources, swag items, & health screenings based on your group needs.

Mental Health Network

Our mental health is just as important as our physical health. Which is why we know that finding the right mental health provider and service to meet our unique needs is important. Please contact our coordinator Soa Mulitalo at soa@upihc.org if you or a loved one is need of help finding a provider or service.
