Covid-19 Support:

  • Free at-home vaccination service provided by our mobile clinic-- we come to you!

  • Hygiene Items

  • Masks and free covid-19 antigen self test kits

  • Community Classes on Covid-19 Resources

  • Help connect you and/or your family members to Covid-19 Vaccine Clinics

COMMUNITY CONNECT WORKSHOPS

We offer workshops in the following four areas. We will help plan and provide experts in these areas to hold the workshops, included are free resources, swag items, & health screenings based on your group needs.

Mental Health Network

Our mental health is just as important as our physical health. Which is why we know that finding the right mental health provider and service to meet our unique needs is important.
